Five individuals with no prior meditation experience were assigned into every experimental group.
Within the 15 minutes interval, the first 5 minutes, both experimental group and control group were asked to conduct the same regulate respiration method to proceed to meditation state. After the first 5 minutes interval, the experimental group was assigned to use “Meditation Master” to help achieve better meditation state, and the control group was asked to keep proceeding the regulate respiration method.
The result indicates the trends of brainwaves from both groups are identical for the first 5 minutes as their α type brainwave began to improve. Due to the lack of relevant experience, the α type brainwave wasn’t improved significantly enough. Control group still proceed a primary regulate respiration method soon experienced the lack of concentration on keeping their mediation state that reflected by their monitoring fading α type brainwave. In contrast, after using “Meditation Master” to assist achieving meditation state, the experimental group’s α type brainwave was enhanced in a regularized order. Moreover, the advanced intervention program, “audio entrainment” and “vibroacoustic stimulation” from Meditation Master was activated after ten minutes. With customized various intervention program, α type brainwave from experimental group was significant enhanced and well maintained. One of the many feedback from experimental group claimed, “the first 15 minutes with Meditation Master was the most calm I’ve had in ten years.”

From the other clinical experiment, it indicates the significant positive effect on primary sleeping disorder patients after using Meditation Master’s advanced intervention program. The chart above is a female patient with age 75 who suffering from the severe sleeping disorder for more than 20 years. In the course of her morbidity, she has not found an adequate way to solve or even maintain her sleeping disorder symptom in a long term. However, after continuously using Meditation Master for three weeks, through sleep monitoring (polysomnography), patient’s deep sleep ratio has been significantly improved while her sleep fragmentation was quickly reduced.

The Meditation Master not only offering a long-term problem-solving solution to sleeping disorder patients but also provides a better studying condition to students who are under pressure. Through Irwin G. Sarason “Stress and Anxiety Index chart”, anxieties from the senior student in high school were first measured, and the results were in an unhealthy mental score (TAS>20). After divided students into control and experimental groups randomly, an 8-week-long clinical trial on both groups has been conducted. Each day, the experimental group was asked to use Meditation Master for 20 minutes during their lunch break time while there is no any treatment on the control group. After eight weeks, when applied TAS again to test students’ “Stress and Anxiety Index”, the results indicates an apparent mental relieve on students’ mental health for the experimental group. The feedback from parents also confirmed there was a positive mental change from day to day, and approximately 40% students’ grade got improved while the control group showed no significant change at any stage.

In other words, Alpha wave provides us the best time to design our mind for successes and enhancing our memory, concentration, imagination and visualization.

Waking stage of consciousness:Beta-wave (14-40Hz)
Beta-wave is commonly observed while we are awake. They are involved in the state of conscious thought and logical thinking. Even though Beta wave can be seen as an important element for efficient functioning throughout the day, they also can be translated into anxiety and stress. 。
